Sometimes the work is weekly 1:1 coaching in a multiyear
engagement. Sometimes it’s three days in a room with your
entire executive team. Sometimes it’s embedded fractional
leadership through a transition that takes a year. Often
it’s some combination at once. We design the right shape

Executive Coaching
1:1 · Long arc
1:1 coaching for founders, CEOs, and senior executives. Most
engagements run a year or more. We work weekly or every other
week, with text and email support between sessions.
The work covers what the work covers: vision, strategy, hard
decisions, hiring, firing, board relationships, conflict,
communication, the marriage you’re half-ignoring, the
health you’ve been meaning to deal with, the next chapter
you can’t quite see yet. We bring training in multiple
modalities (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC),
Co-Active Leadership,
Accelerating Coach Excellence (ACE),
Leadership Circle Profile (LCP),
Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA),
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)) and twenty years of running
companies.
Leadership Team Coaching
Whole exec team · Group dynamics
We work the team on two layers at once: each leader
individually, and the team as a unit. The unit of work is how
you decide together, fight together, recover together, and
execute together.
Engagements typically combine team-level facilitation with 1:1
coaching for each leader, and use assessments like the
Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and
Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA)
to surface what the team can’t yet see about itself.
Workshops
Breakthrough · Custom
Breakthrough is our marquee workshop, a
three-day immersion that has been delivered for decades to
leadership teams at some of the largest companies in the world
(Maersk, Adidas, Deutsche Bahn, Disney/ESPN, HP, Flextronics,
GoPro). We learned it from our friend and mentor Elan, who
built it. It’s a complete framework — Breakthrough
Thinking, Breakthrough in Action, Breakthrough Clearings
— for getting an entire organization unstuck and
aligned around results that previously seemed impossible.
Custom workshops get built fresh for the
team and the moment they’re called for: creating a
feedback culture, sharpening decision-making, navigating
founder / co-founder dynamics, improving communication,
aligning on values, upgrading mental models, building wellness
habits, growing AI literacy for leaders. We design and
deliver, virtual or in-person.
Offsites & Retreats
Designed end-to-end
We design and run offsites that actually move the work
forward, for executive teams, founders, and invite-only peer
groups. We can handle just the programming and facilitation,
or we can handle the full package: pre-work, agenda, location
selection, in-room facilitation, and follow-through
structure. The result: trust, hard conversations, real
strategy, actual fun.
We also host our own retreats in beautiful places:
contextual, experiential, transformational learning, without
the woo or the worksheets that get thrown out at the airport.
Conference Design & Facilitation
Programming · Emcee · Stage
We help founders, funds, and organizations build and run
conferences and summits, from intimate invite-only
gatherings to multi-day industry events. We do the
programming, the speaker curation, the on-stage interviewing,
the emceeing, and the group facilitation, plus the connective
tissue between sessions that decides whether the room
actually does anything together.
Fractional Leadership & Transformation
Embedded · Multi-month
When an organization needs to change at scale — technology,
leadership, culture, all of it — we step in.
When we step in, the technology is rarely the hard part. The
hard part is the people transition underneath: redesigning
the team, redrawing decision rights, keeping people focused
while everything shifts around them, and holding the
leadership steady through what’s usually eighteen months
of work that takes longer than anyone budgeted for. We embed
as fractional CxOs and run transformation, technology, and
culture as one engagement, because in practice they’re
never separable.
For organizations going through once-in-a-generation change in
how they use AI, this is especially relevant. We coach the
leaders, we build the tools, and we’ve made the
technology decisions ourselves.
Assessments & Group Programs
LCP · CLA · Cohorts
For individuals, we offer the
Leadership Circle Profile (LCP),
the world’s most robust, data-driven 360° leadership
assessment. For entire teams, we offer the
Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA),
which measures how your company thinks your leadership team
is doing as a combined unit. We follow with custom coaching,
debriefs, and a working plan for what to do with what you
find.
We also run group coaching cohorts — CEO
and founder peer groups, themed cohorts, men’s
entrepreneurship groups — with regular meetings and a
transformative retreat anchoring each cohort.
Most of our engagements combine several of the above. We’ll
figure out the right shape with you on a call.
