We don’t do sales calls. The first conversation is a real conversation; we get to know each other and see what makes sense.
For 1:1 engagements, we work on a minimum six-month commitment. Fees are cash for non-founders, and cash plus equity for startup founders. For organizational engagements, scope and fees are set after the listening tour and diagnostic.
We’re selective about who we work with, and we hope you’ll be just as selective about us.
