How we work
Two arcs. Designed with you.
There’s an arc for working with an individual and an arc for working with an organization. Most engagements use parts of both.
1:1 Coaching Engagements

Info Session
We start with a short call to meet each other. We talk about what brought you here, what you’re looking to get out of coaching, and how we work. We also both start to discover whether there’s a spark worth kindling into something bigger.

Sample Session
A free 50-minute real coaching session on something that matters to you, to see what coaching with us is actually like. By the end, you know whether we’re a fit.

Discovery
A long, deliberate session — three hours remote, five hours in person if we can swing it — built around pre-work (Wheel of Life, Discovery Questionnaire) and a Designed Alliance. We learn each other thoroughly and set the terms of how we’ll work.

Design
We co-design the engagement: cadence, primary focus areas, how we’ll measure whether the work is working. Some clients are working on a specific transition. Some are working on the next decade.

Cadence
Weekly or every other week, ~50 minutes. Homework lives between sessions, not just inside them. Text and voice between is part of the engagement, not a favor. CoachClaw (when it’s live for you) keeps the through-line.

Recalibration
Quarterly, we step out of the work to look at the work. What’s changed, what’s landing, what isn’t, what we should stop doing. Coaching that doesn’t recalibrate quietly drifts off course.
Organization & Team Engagements

Listening Tour
We talk to the leadership team and a curated set of voices around them. Not a survey — conversations, in confidence, with the kind of structure that surfaces what people actually think.

Diagnostic & Readout
We come back with what we found, including the things you already knew and the things you didn’t. Often this includes LCP / CLA assessment data layered onto what we’ve heard.

Designed Engagement
We design what the work actually looks like: workshops, team coaching, fractional leadership, individual coaching for the exec team, an offsite, a culture rewrite — whatever the situation needs. You sign off on scope and shape.

Execution
We do the work. Cadence is set; rhythms are visible; check-ins with the CEO and / or board are scheduled, not ad-hoc. We coach inside the noise.

Recalibration & Off-Ramp
Every quarter, we evaluate. We design engagements with a clear off-ramp built in. We are not interested in becoming permanent furniture; we are interested in the change you hired us to help you make.
What You Can Expect
You can expect honest reflection, a push when you need one, and silence when you need to sit with a question. We follow up, we assign real homework, and if you blow off your own commitments, we explore why.
We’re not the affirmation-and-manifestation kind of coaches. We believe that done well, coaching should change the shape of your life, and we work accordingly.
